Welcome to the Animal Care Team Resources course!

This resource library has been created for members of our Equine Team. Whether you're caring for horses, assisting with facility operations, or supporting our programs behind the scenes, you'll find the information and tools you need to serve with confidence. Inside, you'll find resources related to horse care, safety procedures, facility standards, volunteer expectations, and other reference materials to support your role. These resources are designed to help us provide excellent care for our horses while creating a safe, welcoming environment for every participant, volunteer, and visitor. We encourage you to return to this course whenever you have questions or need a refresher. As our equine program grows and evolves, we'll continue to update this library with new resources and best practices. Thank you for serving our horses and supporting the mission of Blue Sky Acres. The care you provide behind the scenes makes it possible for our programs to create meaningful, life-changing experiences for those we serve.
